You may return products in the original, intact packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund (minus any delivery charges).
A restocking fee of €50 per standard door and €100 per fire will apply if an order is cancelled after being ready for collection or delivery, or if it is returned in complete packaging without any signs of use. An extra €25 charge will apply for torn packaging or small signs of use. Products with significant signs of use cannot be returned.
There are no refunds and no replacements for any products that were customised at request — such as the product size, style or material. Prehung door kits are made-to-order and cannot be cancelled once put in production or refunded.
